1. What do I need to become an affiliate?
Nothing. It costs absolutely nothing, and you risk absolutely nothing.
Having a blog helps, because you can get your affiliate link out to the world there, but you can also post it on Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or simply e-mail your friends and others who might be interested. We'll give you great images and content to post, and if you don't find what you need in your dashboard, just ask!
2. How am I paid?
The program is powered by Post Affiliate Pro, a leading affiliate tracking software. Post Affiliate Pro uses combination of cookies and IP address to track referrals for the best possible reliability. When someone follows your affiliate link to our site, our affiliate system registers this referral and places a cookie on his or her computer. When the visitor pays for the product, the affiliate system checks for cookie (or checks for IP address of referral) and credits your account 25% of the purchase value.
It's automatic, and you can track your clicks and sales right in your dashboard, for free! Then you can choose if you want to be paid by PayPal, Amazon payments, or wire transfer. Payments are issued in US dollars at the end of each month.
3. How do I set up an account?
Setting up an account is very easy, and it's completely free.
Just go to the Signup Form and fill it out. After a review from our affiliate manager, you will receive an email with your password and other information.
4. What is an affiliate link?
An affiliate link is a special URL where you should be sending people. You will get the link, as well as various images and banners with the link specially embedded, after you've signed up.
5. How can my friends benefit?
In your dashboard (at the bottom of the page), you'll also find a link to "Signup Affiliates". Send this link to friends and colleagues who might be interested in earning with Snowballs, and not only will you get 25% of every sale you send to our site, but you'll also get 5% of every sale they send to our site. That's 5% of all sales created by all your friends you introduce to our program!
7. What now?
1. Go to the Signup Form.
2. Fill out the form.
3. Receive your password and other info by e-mail.
4. Log in to your affiliate panel and choose from various banners, text links, and other promotional materials.
5. Place some of these banners/links on your blog, along with an introduction to Snowballs, or post them on your social networks.
